At Casale Fusco, the dining table is a sacred moment. Our farm-to-table restaurant is where Umbrian culinary tradition meets a passion for genuine flavors and locally sourced, zero-kilometer ingredients.

Every day, we prepare dishes just like in the old days: homemade first courses, selected grilled meats, seasonal side dishes, and artisanal desserts — all inspired by recipes passed down through generations.

The restaurant is primarily reserved for our guests. Upon request, you can choose between half-board or full-board service, perfect for letting yourself be pampered without a worry during your stay.
