The restaurant is primarily reserved for our guests. Upon request, you can choose between half-board or full-board service, perfect for letting yourself be pampered without a worry during your stay.

During the class, you’ll learn how to make homemade first courses such as strangozzi and baked pasta, rustic sauces based on truffle, and traditional desserts like Attorta or crescia con l’uovo (Umbrian almond cake).
